Jade began her career in 2006 as an investment banker with Bank of America in New York, where she was an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. She joined Barclays Capital in 2008, where she provided advice on investment and risk management solutions, with a primary focus on interest rates and FX products for mid-sized institutions and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Jade graduated from Imperial College, London, where she gained a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and an MSc in Finance. She is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst candidate, having passed the level 1 exam in 2011.
