After graduating from Loughborough University in Economics and Politics, Roz worked for life assurance, accountancy and legal companies with a strong emphasis on pensions technical guidance and retirement solutions. Roz has primarily focused on the provision and supervision of personal planning services in the retirement planning field, with particular emphasis on SIPPs and SSAS.

Roz has achieved the status of Chartered Financial Planner and is an Associate of the Personal Finance Society by examination.
