Karen’s early experience was gained at a medium sized accountancy practice, followed by a move in to business, gaining both management and financial accounting experience at Philips Electronics. From here, the majority of her career was at the Lloyds Banking Group, where she undertook a number of different roles in Group Finance, then finally moving to become Finance Director for the UK Wealth Management business unit, spanning mass affluent to Ultra High Net Worth, and leading a finance team of 20.

Karen joined Heartwood in June 2009 and is now Finance Director.
