Heartwood today announces the appointment of Lesley Britton as Head of Tax Solutions. Lesley will be responsible for Heartwood’s tax compliance function and will provide tax advisory services to the firm’s clients.  She recently joined Heartwood and is based in the company’s Tunbridge Wells office.

Lesley has over 18 years’ experience in the industry and joins Heartwood from Deloitte where she spent eight years as a Senior Manager in the company’s private client team providing specialist tax advice to ultra high net worth and high net worth individuals.   In her role she was responsible for advising on areas including Inheritance Tax and Offshore Tax planning, Income and Capital Gains Tax mitigation as well as Will planning for senior executives and entrepreneurs. 

Prior to her role at Deloitte Lesley spent five years as a Tax and Financial Advisor at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank and previously held roles at Canada Life and Friends Provident,  Lesley is a chartered tax advisor (CTA).
